Returns & Refund Policy

At Synergy International Institute of Nursing & Consultancy, we aim to offer transparent and student-friendly services. Please read our Returns and Refund Policy carefully before making any payments.

1. Application/Registration Fees

  • All application or registration fees paid during the admission process are non-refundable.

  • These fees are used for processing applications and administrative purposes.

2. Tuition Fees

  • Tuition fees once paid are non-refundable, except under special conditions such as:

    • Cancellation of admission due to genuine medical or emergency reasons (with proof).

    • Admission withdrawal before the academic session begins, subject to a deduction of administrative charges.

3. Consultancy/International Study Services

  • Any fee paid for international study consultancy is non-refundable once services have been initiated (e.g., document verification, college application, visa guidance).

  • In case of visa rejection, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, excluding processing charges.

4. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, the applicant must:

  • Email a formal refund request to siin.bti@gmail.com within 7 working days of payment.

  • Attach payment proof, admission receipt, and valid reason for refund.

  • The management team will evaluate and respond within 10 working days.

5. Mode of Refund

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method or via bank transfer within 15 working days.

6. No Refund in These Cases

  • Mid-session withdrawal

  • Disciplinary removal

  • False document submission

  • Change of mind after course registration
