It gives me an immense pleasure & I feel honored that the Satnam Welfare Society Regd. Bathinda decided to start nursing courses for girls under the banner of Synergy International Institute of Nursing at Burj Mehma Bti.(17 km Bti-Muktsar Road) in 5.25 Acres of land. The institute will impart quality education. Nursing education is needed in every house for better living & for up liftment of villages of India to make India a developed country. Habits, outlook and attitude of students will be shaped in such a way so that they may prove good citizen of India. Special stress on spoken English, communication skills, religious education, Yoga, games, excursions etc will be imparted along with practical training in different hospitals. Villages of India need more schools and more colleges to enable the next generation to need better life. Illiteracy is the major draw back which hinders much in progress of a family, village and country .Satnam Welfare Society planned to start Synergy International Institute of Nursing in a village .This will be an effort to make Bharat a developed country. Nurses can make disease free nation. Physically I am here in U.S.A. but my heart palpitate in villages of India where I spent my childhood. An humble effort has been made by opening an institute in a village in which quality education of international standard will be imparted and students will be guided to serve & settle at abroad. I feel entire Satisfaction that I am going to render my services for “Nanhi Chhan” for them I have been working for fifteen years regularly. By love affection and guidance girls can excel in any sphere and appear as Durga, Sarswati, Lakshmi, Chintpurni, Mahakali etc.I do not lay stress on curriculum only but co-curricular activities are also carried side by side. I am committed to the success of each student. My students have been achieving high ranks in merit list. Pollution free area & lush green campus will help the students to achieve their goals comfortably. All efforts will be made to develop leadership like qualities, competitive spirit & confidence. Education is an eternal idea created by mortal beings. Human beings have differentiated themselves from other creatures by the application of their brain, gaining knowledge, preserving facts and passing it to the next generation in the form of education. Now a days the idea of education have turned very vast & variously. Into groups micro groups and so on with the growing competition the whole world seems to be after the score and we find the real idea of education & knowledge lagging in some way or the other. To give a new way to education the upcoming generation we intend to set a role model for the society where the community as a whole should be benefited to education, knowledge, skills, modernization, better jobs objectives and a specialized services to the world. There is Synergy International Institute of Nursing. We should be imparting the best of knowledge through the simplest methods with the modernized means and try to out a best student, a skilled worked a hard working , prosperous and civilized citizen in the modern world out of the manners.
